About the Role:

 

Penrite is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of marketing - including content creation, graphic design, digital campaigns, and administrative support.

You'll report to the Head of Strategy & Customer Engagement and work closely with the wider team to bring marketing initiatives to life while contributing to the consistent and professional presentation of the Penrite brand.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in designing marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually engaging concepts and designs.

• Content creation and copywriting.

• Marketing campaign support.

• Market research and reporting.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.

• Prepare and manage design files for print and digital platforms.

• Contribute ideas to brainstorms and creative meetings.

• Administrative and coordination tasks.

• Support the team with various design tasks as required.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• A relevant design qualification or experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• A keen eye for detail and design consistency.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
