C.E.M. Alliance are seeking motivated and physically fit labourers for construction and maintenance projects in the South West.

This is a casual position with an IMMEDIATE START and excellent rate of $50 hour with ongoing work for approximately 2 months. Your Monday to Friday work week includes paid travel to and from site with potential for additional overtime as required.

You must live in the local Bunbury area and will need to be available to complete a pre-employment medical and D&A screen.

Successful candidates will need:

• Current WA Driver's license

• Construction Industry White Card

• Must be able to demonstrate fitness for work, complete a medical examination and D&A screen

• Strong safety focus with a commitment to zero harm in the workplace

• Have a positive 'can do' attitude that ensures our clients' expectations are met

• Work efficiently in a dynamic small team environment

• Self-starter & be able to work within designated time frames

• Work Unsupervised

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25kg regularly throughout the shift

• Experience using basic hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, measuring equipment)

• Full working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

• Experience in construction or similar manual labour role preferred but not essential
