Summit Landscape Co is a boutique landscaping company specialising in high-end residential garden design and construction across Melbourne’s inner suburbs. We are looking for a motivated 3rd Year Landscape Apprentice to join our growing team and work on some of Melbourne’s most exciting outdoor spaces.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of landscape construction on bespoke projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience while continuing your apprenticeship. You’ll work alongside highly skilled landscapers on projects that demand craftsmanship, precision, and creativity.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with hardscape installation (paving, decking, retaining walls, etc.)

• Soft landscaping and planting

• Irrigation and basic lighting installation

• Reading and interpreting plans

• Site prep and cleanup

• Working collaboratively with a small team to meet deadlines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• A 3rd Year Landscape Construction Apprentice (Certificate III)

• Passionate about the landscaping industry

• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn

• Good communication skills and attention to detail

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

• Construction White Card

• Current driver’s licence and own transport (preferred)
