Australian Outdoor Living is searching for a reliable and passionate Landscape Labourer to be based from our Minchinbury Branch.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for installing our high-quality, artificial lawn for our valuable customers all over the Sydney region. It's a hands-on position that requires a physically capable and agile person who also thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Install and repair products to company standards, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct detailed check measures and obtain necessary customer authorisations.
• Secure customer satisfaction confirmation and collect payments on-site.
• Adhere to safety regulations, provide technical sales support, and maintain accurate records.

About you:

• Experience installing and servicing lawn products is highly desirable
• Hold a valid manual driver’s license 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks autonomously.
• Have a strong work ethic, with a commitment to punctuality, reliability, and honesty
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction.
