MUSTANG NOZZLES PTY LTD ATF MUSTANG NOZZLES TRUST t/a The Jetter’s Edge, is an Australian-owned company specialising in high-quality, locally manufactured plumbing and drain cleaning solutions, designed by plumbers for plumbers. We are currently seeking a full-time Small Engine Mechanic to join our team, with the role based in Belrose, NSW. This position is 38 hours per week, and the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and hold a Certificate IV qualification in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis. A competitive salary of $80,000, plus superannuation, is on offer.

Task & Responsibilities

Diagnose, service and repair small engines and engine parts
Diagnose, service and repair high-pressure plunger pumps and pumping systems
Carry out scheduled service on the above-mentioned equipment
Attend to unscheduled (emergency) repairs on the above-mentioned equipment
Conduct performance testing and fine-tuning of high-pressure pumping units after service or repairs
Perform quality checks and functional tuning of brand-new high-pressure pumping units prior to delivery (pre-sale inspections)
Install customised pumping systems on vehicles as per client or operational requirements
Identify and fix mechanical issues by replacing damaged or worn parts, reassembling the unit, and using service manuals where applicable
Pinpoint equipment malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting and diagnosis
Ensure all workshop tools, diagnostic instruments, and service equipment are kept in good working condition through routine maintenance
