National Auto Glass Supplies is Australia and New Zealand’s premier importer and wholesaler of automotive glass products.  We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Sales and Service Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working out of our Forrestdale and Malaga sites in Perth.    Role Overview If you are a talented, experienced and professional Sales and Service Manager who can expand the customer base, increase sales volume, market the Company and its products, and maintain/improve customer relationships - we want to hear from you!     Key Accountabilities Maintaining Customer Relationships Manage new customers and customer accounts Answering and responding promptly to customer enquiries and issues  Oversee and monitor the issuing of invoices and processing of customer returns and credits Work closely with the branch manager for workplace and operational planning and coordination  Be part of the recruitment process of hiring of new team members Complete and present monthly report on sales operations, customer interaction and issues.
