About the Role

As a Painter at Metro Paintings and Coating Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering our top-quality finishing services. You'll be part of a dynamic team, responsible for executing painting projects that meet our high standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint.

- Mix paint to desired color and texture specifications.

- Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes and rollers

- Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with team members to complete large projects efficiently.

- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.

- Communicate with clients to understand and meet their specific requirements.

- Perform minor drywall repairs and plastering as needed.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and trends.

- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Who We’re Looking For

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a painter, with at least 1+ years in a similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of painting materials and techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
