About the role

Big River Toyota is seeking a talented Admin/Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Berri, South Australia. As a full-time member of our Administration and Office Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy dealership.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone

• Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including Accounts Payable reconciling and processing.
  Accounts Recievable including debtor reminders

• Maintaining and updating our customer and vehicle database

• Assisting Sales team, with documents and test drives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite

• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service

• The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Certificate III or IV in Finance (accounting) would be highly adventageous.
