Due to growth, we are searching for experienced, dynamic, and self-driven Service Advisors to join our team.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers regarding car service and maintenance.  Your role will focus on ensuring that our customers enjoy a delightful experience from arrival to departure.

About You:

• Enthusiastic and friendly with strong team spirit
• Enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid manual/auto QLD driver's license with a good driving history
• Proven track record in customer service within Dealerships, hospitality, or retail settings.
