Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for a Delivery Coordinator who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience.

About the position

We are seeking a full-time Retail Delivery Coordinator, to work 5 days a week - Monday to Friday, with exceptional customer service, Attention to Detail and orgnaisational skills to manage the end-to-end delivery process for our vehicles.  This is a hands-on role that will report directly to the management team. This will include coordination from the time of sign up through to point of hand over to guests. 

Your new role will have you

• Communicating regular updates to guests on the status of their order

• Organising deal paperwork, registration and other documentation for salespeople and guests

• Maintaining delivery logs, booking vehicle deliveries 

• Cash Handling

• Building strong relationships between clients and the dealership

• Ensuring Vehicle presentation is pristine, which will include working with Detailer

• Driving and enhancing the dealerships processes to achieve results

About you

• Personally well-presented and professional

• Experience in providing customer service excellence over the phone and face to face

• Ability to remain highly organised and detail orientated in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills: both written and verbal

• High attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Ability to be both team orientated and self-managed

• Hard working and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• The drive to exceed targets and expectations

• Computer literacy

• A current driver's licence is essential for this role
