This is more than a front-of-house role — it’s about being the glue that keeps the salon running smoothly and making sure our clients feel welcome, supported, and well looked after from the moment they walk through our doors.

You’ll work closely with our Executive Team and Hair Stylists, keeping schedules in check, communicating seamlessly, and be the face of a top-tier client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the warm, professional first impression for our clients — in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Manage and maintain our booking calendar, ensuring appointments are seamless for both clients and stylists.

• Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead — whether it's managing daily priorities or helping prepare for upcoming events.

• Keep our front-of-house organised, calm, and welcoming at all times.

• Tackle administrative tasks with accuracy — updating client records, managing emails, handling phone enquiries, and maintaining salon systems.

• Handle sensitive client and team information with confidentiality and care.

• Be ready to jump in and support wherever needed, contributing to a strong, team-first culture.

About You:

• You’re highly organised, with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.

• People love your warm, approachable nature and calm confidence.

• You’re a natural problem-solver and don’t wait to be asked — you see what needs to be done and take the lead.

• Experience in a front desk, salon, hospitality, or administrative role is ideal.

• Confident with Microsoft Systems, and Calendar, and quick to learn new systems.
