Our experienced team of 28 skilled professionals is dedicated to delivering top-quality service. With strong partnerships with leading insurers, we offer consistent work from Monday to Friday, with optional overtime available.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and talented Automotive Spray Painter to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in our busy collision repair workshop. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality paint finishes and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Position Overview:

Full-time, permanent role
Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Located in Hobart

Key Responsibilities:

Perform spray painting tasks to industry standards
Ensure color accuracy and make final adjustments as needed
Maintain spray booths, tools, and robotic equipment
Carry out other duties as directed by leadership

What We’re Looking For:

Trade-qualified Spray Painter (essential)
Previous experience in collision repair (essential)
Valid Australian work rights and driver’s license
Flexible work arrangements can be discussed
