•Organize and manage service bookings and allocate tasks to team members as per workload requirements.
•Perform road tests to ensure vehicles are repaired correctly and functioning efficiently.
•Provide customers with accurate estimates and keep them updated on the status of repairs or maintenance.
•Handle customer complaints regarding vehicle issues while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
