Role Overview

As a Sign Fabricator/Installer, you’ll be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of a wide variety of signs. You’ll work with a range of materials, tools, and machinery to bring our clients’ signage visions to life.

Your attention to detail, hands-on skill, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricating and assembling signs using materials such as vinyl, acrylic, metal, and 3D components

• Installing signage on-site at customer locations

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

• Ensuring quality control during fabrication and installation

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Collaborating with the design and sales teams to deliver excellent client outcomes

• Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines

• Providing outstanding customer service during installations

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in sign fabrication and installation is not essential but highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with a variety of tools and materials (cutting, welding, painting, and assembly)

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive company vehicles

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
