Please note only applicants with a qualification or are currently studying Hairdressing or Beauty Services will be considered. We welcome applicants who are currently enrolled in Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy courses to apply. 

Qualifications & experience

• Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent); or

• Certificate III in Beauty Services (or equivalent); or

• Certificate II in Salon Assistant; or

• Training in Head Spa - domestic or internationally (highly regarded).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Treatment Excellence: Deliver a variety of head spa services, including scalp cleansing, massages, deep cleansing spa mist treatments, blow drys and more, all while maintaining atama’s impeccable standards.

• Salon Ambiance: Keep our spa serene and immaculate, preparing each treatment area with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring a peaceful environment for our clients.

• Client Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting clients warmly and conducting thorough preliminary consultations. Tailor each treatment to the unique needs of our clients, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.

• Product Expertise: Share your knowledge of atama’s products with clients, offering recommendations that enhance their spa experience and promote ongoing wellness.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a passionate team, fostering a supportive and harmonious workplace. Share your expertise and assist colleagues to ensure every client receives exceptional care.
