Northside Smash Dubbo Pty Ltd, a leading automotive repair business in the Dubbo region, is seeking an experienced and skilled Spray Painter to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to repaired vehicles, ensuring they are restored to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking

• Mix paint colours to achieve an exact colour match for the vehicle

• Apply paint to vehicle panels and parts using a spray gun, ensuring a professional, even finish

• Perform touch-ups and blending to achieve a seamless appearance

• Clean and maintain painting equipment, ensuring optimal performance

• Adhere to all workplace health and safety standards and guidelines

• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Spray Painter, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive industry

• Proficiency in the use of spray painting equipment, including spray guns and paint mixing

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a high-quality finish

• Excellent colour matching and blending skills

• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations and the ability to work safely

• A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
