The Opportunity

Through your demonstrated expertise as an experienced Territory Manager and understanding of the markets we service which include workshops/agriculture/heavy industrial and aftermarket, you will establish credibility quickly, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

As someone who shares the same passion we do about our market-leading products and trusted brands, you will take the lead in driving and managing a pipeline of prospects, whilst continuing to nurture and support existing business across Queensland.

Tactical and solution focused, you will take ownership to deliver and bring to life the sales strategy for your customers across the region.

We will offer the “WHY” in your toolkit, you just need to bring the “HOW”. This role will involve regional travel and required attending trade/industry and customer related events which would require overnight monthly trips.

What will give you the competitive edge

You have a passion for the automotive industry, bringing a depth of expertise and proven track record of sales success in a similar role.  Commercially inclined you will relish the autonomy and strong sense of ownership the role offers, always ensuring that you provide a solution that is aligned with business objectives and customer requirements. 

This is complimented by;

• Demonstrated success and experience in a relevant commercial/technical sales role in a B2B environment within the automotive, tools, 4x4, or trade channel space

• A proactive and strategic approach to developing new business and achieving sales targets

• Resilient, passionate value-add attitude and eager to contribute 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM experience beneficial

• Manual handling of product (up to 15-20kgs)

• Willingness to travel as needed within Queensland and Adelaide (as required)

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to harness established customer relationships and create new ones
