At Kubota Australia we distribute exceptional quality agriculture, construction and farm machinery and products.  This position is focused on supporting our Service Parts team in Truganina, Victoria.  In your new role you'll work in our brand new warehouse facility with a dedicated team and our thousands of parts!!   In this varied position you'll have a keen focus on the optimisation of our parts warehouse, planning inbound and outbound distribution including through third party warehouses.  A key focus of your role will be helping us shine by keeping our Dealer network partners, internal and external customers at heart of all that you do.   In your new role, your key accountabilities will include: Monitor and manage warehouse capacity and utilisation Plan inbound shipments for Kubota and third-party warehouses  Undertake and direct stock replenishment Undertake and assist with process verification and documentation on all warehouse functions and warehouse related issues Update a range of systems and records and undertake a range of reporting managerial decision making, including but not limited to; parts analysis, aged stock, warehouse metrics such as activity, efficiency and productivity reporting  Lead or assist in stock takes and other planning activity and provide input to and/or support for audit/ compliance activity Plan and make recommendations for future warehouse requirements in terms of capacity, space, organisation, flow, work methods, etc Review, update and communicate Warehouse procedures Lead and conduct a range of continuous improvement initiatives and projects in respect to all aspects of parts planning and distribution broader warehouse operations May undertake full range of Storeperson activities (as required)  If this sounds like a great opportunity for the next step in your career, your resume would look something like: Completion of secondary education Licences/ tickets for equipment required to be operated (as required) Significant experience in a similar position involving stock planning and warehousing, including inbound stock management and outbound distribution (parts experience highly desirable) Sound general administration skill including data entry and records management Well-developed organisational and meeting management skills  Highly developed problem solving, research and investigative skill Attention to detail and strong numeracy and data analysis skills  Great interpersonal and communication skills, including reporting and presenting  Intermediate computing skills including experience in MS Office/ Google Suites and warehouse specific SAP modules (SAP experience is essential) Apply via Seek with your Resume (emailed applications cannot be accepted).   Important to note: Kubota have a zero tolerance approach to alcohol and illicit drugs on all our sites.  A pre-employment medical assessment and criminal records check are required as part of our selection process This opportunity is open to application from Australian citizens/ residents or those with current permanent work rights for Australia only Diverse applicants are strongly encouraged to apply Application is not available through recruitment agencies
