Due to a period of growth, a position for a Gold Coast/South Brisbane based Waterproofing Applicator has become available.

About you:

• Certificate 3 in Waterproofing NOT essential (we will offer assistance to acquire)

• Able to work in a team environment and work autonomously when required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (communication is vital to our success)

• Keen eye for detail and pride in both the functionality and presentation of your work

• The ability to follow instruction, as well as having a “problem solving” attitude

Reporting directly to our Operations and General Manager, you will be required to follow company protocol and ensure you maintain our company's high standards by having an honest and integrity driven attitude to your workmanship.  The successful applicant will be subject to regular and strict workmanship audits as well as performance reviews.

 

The position will be a defined full time trial initially with elevation to permanency if all criteria have been consistently met during the trial period. This is not a short term infill position but a long term full-time opportunity with a fully maintained company work vehicle included for the right person.
